At 420 LTHRWRX, every piece is crafted with intention, care, and longevity in mind. Because our products are produced in limited quantities—and in some cases custom-made—our policies are designed to balance fairness to our customers with respect for our process.


SHIPPING

Order Processing Times

Processing times vary by product category:

  • Indica (Staples):
    Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.

  • Hybrid (Limited Editions):
    Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on batch availability.

  • Sativa (Custom / One-of-One):
    Custom pieces are made to order. Production timelines vary and will be communicated individually after purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated shipping timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume release periods

420 LTHRWRX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Indica & Hybrid items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

Once an item has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, it is no longer eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sativa (Custom / One-of-One) pieces

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Custom work is built specifically for you and cannot be resold.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Refunds exclude original shipping charges.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will assess the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.


REPAIRS & LONGEVITY

We believe in long-term ownership.

Some products may qualify for repair or refurbishment services beyond the return window. Availability depends on the product and nature of the issue.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If eligible, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


CANCELATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if production or fulfillment has not begun. Once an order enters production or shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Custom (Sativa) orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
